About This Program

The Community Technology & Learning Hub will be a free-access facility equipped with computers, high-speed internet, and digital skills training programs. Located in Cagayan de Oro, the hub aims to bridge the digital divide that leaves many Mindanaoan communities without the tools they need to participate in the modern economy.

The hub will offer structured programs including basic computer literacy, coding workshops for youth, digital entrepreneurship training, and remote work readiness courses. A dedicated maker space will provide access to 3D printers, design software, and other tools for creative and technical projects.

Launching in August 2026 in partnership with ABCCA, the hub will offer structured programs including basic digital skills, coding workshops for youth, and a potential hiring pipeline for TESDA graduates.
